Bring the sun into your food

So since I became vegan one of my go-to breakfast ideas has been smoothie bowls.
There are just so many benefits, they are quick and easy to make, you can literally throw every fruit that you have in there, they are super healthy and you can vary them to your liking as much as you want.

So I wanted to share one of my favourite smoothie bowl recipes with you.

You need:
  • (at least) 2 bananas
  • 1 large orange
  • half an apple
  • half a kiwi
  • a squeeze of a lemon
  • some chia seeds to top it of
Et Voilà! 
An amazingly easy and filling breakfast that brings you the sun even on cloudy days! ;D
